My Franklin Covey Calendar and Task List Insert
December 3, 2014 by Malinda Mocha
I have been a big fan of the Franklin Covey planner system for many
years now. I can say to me it is a useful tool in my time management. I
also use Google calendar. I do not always carry my planner with me, so
the Google calendar on my smart phone is a great tool for on the go and
stay connected with my family.
I generally use my planner to write (prefer in pencil in case of
changes) the appointment or my plans down in my calendar. Then I will
log it in to the Google calendar. I know that you should only use one
calendar, but my husband uses Google calendar and I need to keep him
updated on any appointments that may affect or pertain to him.
I used to use a blank paper in my planner to write my task list down
since I stopped using the daily pages. However; I recently found the
Progressive Task List, located on the Franklin web site, and this task
list insert has replaced the blank pages that I had been using and have
found that this is a great tool. The task list part used to be on the
daily pages and now I can have it back again without using the daily
pages that seemed to always go to waste.
I posted some close up pictures of my calendar and task list insert. I use the compact size 4.25” x 6.75”
